Return Window
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The product must be returned in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within several business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Reasonable Use Policy
Our return policy is intended to provide a fair and reliable shopping experience for all customers. Accounts showing excessive return activity, unusual patterns, or misuse of the return system may be reviewed. In such cases, ZYTREVO reserves the right to refuse or limit future return requests.
International Returns
International orders may be returned within the standard return window. Customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Customs fees
- Duties and taxes
These charges are non-refundable.
Please contact our support team before returning any international order to receive the correct return instructions.
Optional Return Protection
Customers may have the option to purchase Return Protection during checkout for a small additional fee.
With Return Protection:
- Eligible returns can be processed without return shipping fees
- Coverage includes sizing issues, damaged items, incorrect items, or change-of-mind returns within the approved return window
Without Return Protection, return shipping fees may apply.
Return Protection must be selected during checkout and cannot be added after an order has been placed.
